I don't know what an "Irig" is exactly but if it indeed is recognised as an audio device by Linux you can "use" PulseAudio and JackAudio at the same time. Do:

pactl load-module module-jack-sink &pactl set-default-sink jack_out &Now open PAVUcontrol and set 'jack_out' as Chrome (or Firefox) playback device.
How this works if you're using PipeWire I don't know.
