I was using Linux Mint 21.3 but its repos contain an FFADO Mixer version (2.4.5) and every time I try to OPEN FFADO Mixer I get this message the following message:
"Bus reconfiguration in process, please wait…" and the Mixer never loads the RME parameters.
Without the FFADO mixer, I can't switch the phantom power and select one set of ADATS or all of them.
Here comes the question:
Has someone had this experience before ? Could this be fixed ? Or is it a bug ?
I tried other distros such as Ubuntu Studio 23.10 and the FFADO version is 2.4.7, it worked just fine
Is it possible to install the newer FFADO mixer version on LM 21.3 ? If yes please let me know ok? any help will be much appreciated
