Check the output of these
arecord -l
aplay -l
If the the Presonus device appears in brackets, that name (or part of it) can be used in qjackctl setup panel advanced tab, as Input Device and or output device. Qjackctl and the abbreviations it may use have changed over the years, not something I have studied.
$ arecord -l
