Yeah, the bass isn't as good as it could be, it's just a Yamaha MODX synth workstation factory AWM (i.e. sample-based) sound. A real bass would be much nicer, of course
The track wasn't really meant to be super polished, though. I just had this laying around for months and never got around to putting a melody on it, so I thought I'll just put out there and let others play with it, literally.
If someone want's the Ardour project and do their own mix, just give me a shout and I can upload an archive somewhere.
