I understand that the following advice would be a bit off-topic, as you asked for tips on Pipewire configurations... However, I'd like to recommend that you lock the all-core frequency of your CPU in UEFI and disable C-States. It requires some tweaking with voltage and frequency settings, but it's worth it. I was previously able to run my Reaper projects at 128/48000 with difficulty, but now they work flawlessly at 64/48000 after making these changes.
(In addition, I have noticed a significant performance improvement in other applications, such as games.)
