WRT the Virtuosity Drums kit: you could likely fork the repository:
https://github.com/sfzinstruments/virtuosity_drums
Add in your DG program patches (tiny, just work out how to point them to the Samples directory there), and submit a pull request to the repository: I imagine they would be happy to review and likely accept such a PR.
Then you don't need to work out hosting at all.
