Wow this my most successful post yet.
Okay, I have a lot of people to thank
I am still testing some things out, but just wanted to thank you guys.
@Impostor
Thank you for testing this out and confirming that this works.
@GMaq
Thank you for mentioning this to Kott's attention.
@Kott
Thank you very much for re-compiling this I saw this is now the current JuicySF version 3.1
I just saw this so I did not test this out yet.
I will compare your results to the compile done by Axel-Erfurt.
I noticed one issue I will mention below.
@Axel-Erfurt
Wow, thank you so much for compiling this, how did you even do this
Glad you agreed that the instructions were a little confusing, to someone like me they were very confusing
This worked for me as well, but I am still testing this out.
Something I noticed, I am not sure if anyone else can confirm?
I tried this plugin out in Ardour and the "Open" button does not appear to do anything, it does not seem to open up the file picker window.
When I try this plugin in something like Carla however, the button does work, opening the file picker window.
Not sure why this would be.
Luckily JuicySF allows users to drag and drop files into the file path field to load them which is how I was able to test this out.
Thank you all for this, really appreciate it.
Do not have to explain yet, but would anyone be willing to share how they compiled this?
I will try again and see if I can come up with questions.
Seems like both compiles are using the latest JuicySF code and I would imagine both use the most recent version of JUCE (unless JuicySF require a specific version).
I do not know how to edit plugins but I just wanted to try something and then would have to compile it to see if it worked.
But just in general it might be good to know how to compile if this ever does not work for me in the future.
Main thing is though that it does work overall.
Thanks again guys
