I'm not saying there isn't an issue though. I use a program called Overwitch, which is a linux version of Overbridge for Elektron devices, and there has been a problem with that apparently related to timing (I believe it needs to calculate latency and something has gone weird with that) which started after v1.82. I suspect it is related to the same issue you're seeing but the dev is still looking into it.
This has been fixed in the latest (1.2.2) so might be worth checking your issues are still present with this version.
