You could overwrite a preset with your own in the relevant DistrhoPluginInfo.h and then build.
I tried to adjust the number of banks/ presets per bank, but that crashed the program. You can also adjust the default bank/ preset there.

I was finally successful getting jconvolver going, and that's in the script with my config file. (one of many)
Do note that the values of the 4 sliders (dry level etc) will not change to other values if you change presets. That means all presets use the same values for these parameters as specified for the default preset, regardless of their specifications in the .h file.
